Introduction
Hi Everyone!! My name is Devin Perez. I am currently a Freshmen here at Bloomsburg University where I'm pursuing a Respiratory Care Major 🫁. A lot of people asked what my major was about which is shocking that it really isn't known what my major is about and not really mentioned much. It is a major where it trains me to be a healthcare professional to help people breathe so I work with the lungs essentially. After I complete college and I graduate I will pursue a career in Respiratory whether it is a sleep technologist or a respiratory therapist.
Background
I was Born and Raised in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. My ethic Backgrounds consists of Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. Many of my ancestors are taino, which Is the indigenous People of the Caribbeans before European settlers came in 1492. I know this because I Bought a 23 and Me ancestry test because I was curious about my Background, I wanted to know more about my family tree outside of what my parents taught and told me about. I am also 5% French!! bonjour everyone hehehehe. some People Think I am Indian but I really don't have Indian features so it must be because I'm brown.
Hobbies and Interest.
My hobbies consist of watching Anime, Playing video games, enjoying nature and Playing basketball. My favorite Anime has to be Bleach and Welcome to the N.H.K. they are really good shows and I watched them several times. My favorite video games are Hitman and Far cry. I actually finished almost all the far cry games which there are six of them but, I am missing four sequels so I basically finished it all technically. i'm yet to finish Hitman yet but I will eventually. I like playing Overwatch and I'm really decent at it for the most part. (broke my TV because of it)

Fun Facts
- I was going to bring a Danny Devito cutout for my dorm but my Parents didn't let me bring it. :(
- I crashed my Dads car at the age of 8 by switching the gear to drive when he left and I hit a car.
- I love chick-Fil-a so much I can eat it everyday Pretty much but it closes on Sundays and I try not to because then my wallet will just have a single fly on it.

ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to be a zoologist as I love working with animals and going to the zoo, but I ended up choosing Respiratory Care. I don't regret it at all and I believe I'm in the right Major. What about you, have you wanted to pursue anything else as well?
