Hello, my name is Rudy Alonzo, and I am a nursing major here at Bloomsburg University. I've lived most of my life in two different states, New York and later Pennsylvania. One of my favorite things to do is try new experiences; I find adventure to be a driving force in my life. One of my major hobbies is traveling, sometimes, that can mean traveling to a new country, or sometimes it means going a few minutes away from home. One of my favorite trips I took was in May of this year to Mexico. This trip was a critical part of my development into adulthood because it was my first time leaving the country without my parents.

Another of my interest is music, I really enjoy listening to music, especially physical media. I find value in collecting music through media such as vinyl and CDs. Today my friend Julia and I went into town to explore local Bloomsburg businesses. We went into stores such as Endless Records, Bloomin' Bagel, and Bloom Vintage.

Hi! I'm Brooke and I'm a Speech Pathology Major! I wish you the best of luck with studying nursing and I love how you find traveling to be such a motivating aspect in your life! It's great that you value exploring new places and listening to music. I definitely love listening to music during my free time and I hope to check out some of those places in Bloomsburg that you listed! It takes a lot of courage to travel somewhere without your parents, so good for you to overcome that challenge!

ReplyDeleteEndless Records is a cool store. I know the owner. I also love to travel. Where in Mexico did you visit? I went there a couple of years ago, visiting various places in the Yucatan region.
