Hi, My name is Nate Cohen and I am a freshman here at Bloomsburg. My favorite hobbies include pickleball, basketball, and golf. I grew up in Abington, PA and have a friend group of 12 guys. I am 18 years old and my birthday is March 7.
One of the three things you should know about me is that I won a police award last October. I won a volunteer bravery award when I worked at a pool and there was a firearm incident. Myself and my fellow coworkers had a police dinner where we all received the award.
Another thing you should know about me was that I was on the varsity swim team all four years of high school. I swam the 500 and the 200 freestyle and was one of the top in my age group. I also coached a summer swim team with my 2 best friends.
Congratulations on your successes with swimming. The firearm incident sounds mysterious. I hope no one got hurt!

ReplyDeleteI recently started to enjoy pickleball at the campus. Its easy to convince people who don't play a a lot of sports to head over to the rec and hit the ball around for a little. Do you plan to do the pickleball tournaments the campus occasionally hosts?
ReplyDeleteFor me, basketball was a great way to make friends and learn how to be a team player. It's not always about how good you are, but about having a good time.
