The room is filled with a vast majority of games and entertainment options, ranging from video games, Billiards, Board games, and Skee-ball. There are usually two staff members who are in the game room, the one who has the sign in sheet and the rental desk clerk. you are first greeted by the sign in sheet staff, here you put your first and last name,  student email, and Id number then once you check in you can head over to the Rental desk clerk here you rent whatever equipment you are going to be using whether its the controllers and video game disk for the console or its the pool stick and the balls.

The sign in staff, Chloe looks up from the sign-in sheet with a warm smile and greets you. "Hey there, Welcome to the game room, please sign in." she asks brightly. You provide your information that proves you're a student here, and she writes it down while chatting about what games you're interested in. After checking in with Chloe, you head over to the rental desk where Matthew is ready to help. "So what equipment do you need today?" he asks, gesturing to the game controllers, Board games, video game disks, pool sticks, and balls available. "We've got a good amount of great games in right now if you're not sure what you want," he adds helpfully. When you mention you're still deciding, Chloe calls over, "Matthew always knows the best recommendations for games" Matthew giggles and is ready to help you find exactly what you need for your visit. As you tell Matthew what equipment you want he writes down the time you rented it out and writes your name and signs that he checked you in.
